4. Acceptable Use

• Transform your own photos or photos you have permission to use

• Upload photos that:
  • You do not own or have permission to use
  • Contain inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
  • Depict illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Share your account or allow others to access it
• Use the App to harm, harass, or exploit others, especially children

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of:

• Photos you upload to the App
• Coloring creations you produce

By using the App, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely for the purpose of creating coloring pages. This license ends when processing is complete.

5.2 Our Content

Coloring AI owns or licenses:

• The App and its underlying technology
• The AI models used for image transformation
• The user interface and design
• All trademarks, logos, and branding

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

The coloring pages generated by our AI are created for your personal use. You may:

• Color, print, and share them freely
• Use them for non-commercial purposes

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

6.1 Free Features

The App offers limited free features, including a daily quota of photo transformations.

6.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide:

• Unlimited photo transformations
• Access to all features

6.3 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed before purchase

6.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

6.5 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to:

• Google: Google Play Support

We do not process refunds directly.

7. Children's Safety

8. Disclaimers

• Works best with clear, well-lit photos
• May occasionally produce unexpected results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
